The SMiles Experience: how we guide moves across Northeast Texas.

The SMiles Experience is the way this team works, in three words and one promise: warm, strategic, and protective service, delivered with absolute clarity. It is the standard we hold ourselves to on every listing, every offer, and every closing, from the storefront office at 2322 Lamar Ave. in Paris.

Who you are working with

Shannon and Scott Miles are a husband-and-wife team, and both carry serious credentials: the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation and the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) distinction. They are New Construction Specialists, Land and Ranch Specialists, and founding members of the eXp Land and Ranch division, and they are the go-to guides for a major new master-planned community in the region.

That mix matters more than it sounds. New construction and rural land require different languages, different timelines, and different kinds of trust. Most teams do one well. This team was built to do both.

Where we work

The team serves Northeast Texas and Southeast Oklahoma: Lamar, Red River, Delta, Hopkins, Grayson, Collin, Fannin, and Hunt counties, from Paris to Sherman to Celina, Frisco, Bonham, Greenville, Cooper, Sulphur Springs, and Clarksville. Scott is becoming licensed in Oklahoma as the reach grows, and Shannon is working toward her broker license in Texas. The map keeps getting bigger, and the standard stays the same.

What the experience looks like

It starts with a real conversation about what a move actually requires, not a script. It continues with steady communication: you always know where your transaction stands. It ends with protection, because a home, a tract of land, or an acreage deal is usually the biggest investment a family makes, and generic speak has no place in protecting it.

That is the white-glove part. It is not about formality; it is about the details being handled, the questions being answered honestly, and the closing arriving without surprises. That is the SMiles Experience, and it is available for your next move.
